Kochi Jain University provides numerous programs for the Undergraduate and Postgraduate levels with emphasis on Engineering & Technology, Science, Commerce, Humanities and Social Science streams. These are some of the top programs offered by the university which include; BTech, MTech, BBA, MBA, BCA, MCA, B.Sc, M.Sc, BA, MA and integrated course. The qualifying requirements may differ according to the course, however, the general accepted entrance test for admission includes KEAM, JEE Main, CUCET, KMAT, CAT, MAT, CMAT, NEET CLAT and a pass in 10+2 exams conducted by CBSE or any state board.
University teaches Engineering & Technology, Sciences, Commerce, Humanities & Social Sciences, Arts & Fine arts programs with the various faculties. Few of them are B.Tech., M.Tech., BCA, MCA, B.Sc. in IT, electronics, and mechanical and biotechnology, genetics, microbiology, visual communication, business administration, banking, commerce, economics, psychology, English literature, languages. The admission process comprises of online application form, merit list generation after the entrance test, and counseling sessions.
Process for filling up of Admission Form online Read the instructions carefully before filling up the form:
1. Proof of identity: Identity and personal details of the applicant is required which could be in the form of an Aadhaar card, PAN card, driving license, or passport.
2. 10th standard mark sheet: It is used to verify the marks obtained in the 10th standard to assess the compliance to the minimum marks standard for the programme in which a student intends to seek admission.
3. 12th standard mark sheet: Mark sheet of 12th standard final examination is required as it helps in calculating the eligibility percentage for admission in an Undergraduate program.
4. Transfer/migration certificate: All the students applying for admission after +2 from other schools or boards must enclose the transfer/ migration certificate issued by the previous school/ board.
5. Character certificate: The institution last attended or the police verification done in the last one year is required for obtaining character certificate as a part of admission process.
6. Caste certificate: The SC/ST/OBC quota facility is available for students coming under the respective categories; they must give the valid caste certificate issued by a competent government authority.
1. Check the eligibility criteria, and fill the application form online or offline for the BBA program before the deadline. Application form should be completed along with all copies of documents which are essential for the application.
2. Take an entrance exam if the university offers this test for your category. Proficiency and critical thinking skills are often assessed during exams.
3. Visit the website and check merit list when released to know if you have been considered for the further admission process depending on the examination scores and other requirements.
4. If you are chosen to go through the counselling process, make sure you attend the counselling session according to the date and time allocated to you. Choose specialization and college.
5. Greetings to all the students, you are advised to pay the admission fees to confirm your admission and submit any documents if any.
6. After school starts to be officially enrolled in the program, apply for an identity card to complete the remaining formalities to become an official college student.

1. Eligibility criteria to give the exam – Candidate must have passed the class 12 or any equivalent exam in any stream with minimum 45% marks.
2. JB Application Link - The candidates have an option to apply online at the official link of the university’s website which is juonline.in and have to submit the B.Com program application before the date mentioned above. Pay registration fee online.
3. Upload documents – it is necessary to upload copies of certain documents which should be selected and scanned as per the instructions given during the online application process.
4. Download admit card – On the website get download and print your hall ticket/admit card once issued.
5. Appear for B.Com entrance test - Have to give the B.Com entrance test on the scheduled date at the university.
6. This exam is conducted after the completion of the admission process and then the results are declared on the portal. Ensure that you are qualified.
7. Admission confirmation - Once qualified, complete the formalities of admission within the given time frame/ deadline of document authentication and fees payment.
