Kameshwar Singh Darbhanga Sanskrit University is a state university in the city of Darbhanga in Bihar. It specifically relates to the field of learning and teaching Sanskrit language. 1. A Bachelor’s programme calls for 10+2 pass in concerned field from any recognizable board with adequate 45 % marks in aggregate for the applicants belonging to the general category.
2. A bachelor’s degree from a recognized university in the respective related discipline with minimum 45% marks for the general category candidates is required for Master’s programs.
3. The eligibility criterion for MPhil is a master’s degree with minimum 55% for the general category candidates.
4. This is because, PhD admission is done through entrance test followed by an interview. Graduation with 55% for general category and 50% for SC/ST/OBC is required to pursue Master’s degree.
