Monad University is a private university that was established in Hapur, Uttar Pradesh, India. It is a private co-educational university situated in New Delhi and was established in the year of 2010 and it is authorized by the University Grants Commission (UGC). It is worth noting that Monad University has been accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council, whereby it has been graded an A. As per NIRF ranking 2023, Monad University stands at 151 position in overall NIRF ranking of Universities in India.
The university aims at providing various courses for its learners across various fields such as engineering, management, sciences, education, pharmacy and agriculture. Some of the premier courses which are widely offered are B.Tech, M.Tech, M.B.B.S, B.B.A, M.B.A, B.C.A, M.C.A, B.Pharm, M.Pharm and others including B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Ed etc. The admission procedure for the students joining in the 2024 batch will be from May 2023. The entrance exams will be held during the period of June and July, of the academic year 2023. It is in realizing this that the new academic session will commence in August 2024. Training and placement of students in Monad University have been provided through tie-ups with many reputed organizations and companies. It’s a major recruiter of IT talent that offers jobs in companies such as Infosys, Wipro, TCS, Accenture, Tech Mahindra, L&T Infotech, Capgemini and many others. Call center employers continued to offer jobs to more than 500 students in 2022. The maximum salary for the students was 16,00,000 per annum and the average salary that was offered to the students was 5,00,000 per annum. The overall campus placements were as follows-65% of the students who applied for placements through the campus placement drives were placed. This cell trains the students to face job interviews and also helps the students to get internships from different companies.

Monad University Eligibility Criteria 2024 (by Departments)
1. University Courses (B.Tech/BBA/BA/BCom/BSc/BCA etc.)
- A candidate must have passed 10+2 examination or any other equivalent examination from any recognized board with minimum 50% marks in aggregate for general category(45% for SC/ST/OBC candidates)
2. Post Graduate Course (M.Tech/MBA/MA/MCA and so on)
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject with a minimum 50% aggregate marks (45% for the reserved categories) from a recognized University.
3. Diploma Programs (Engineering diplomas)
- Should have passed 10th standard examination with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks (45% for SC/ST/OBC-Non Creamy Layer) from any recognized Board.
4. Doctoral Programs (PhD)
- Postgraduate degree in the concerned discipline with at least 55% of the aggregate marks and registered for GATE/ NET.
5. Lateral Entry Programs
- Diploma holders can enroll directly to the second semester of their BTech/BE specialization of choice.
6. International Students
- This shall be a qualification as above from a recognized foreign board or university. Other assessments included scores of English language tests and assessment of any writing difficulties.
