National Museum institute of history of art, conservation and museology, shortly known as NMI, is an autonomous institute in New Delhi, which come under the Ministry of Culture, Government of India. NMI is a leading institute for training and research in art and cultural heritage management, established in New Delhi. NMI has been accredited by NAAC and has received the ‘A’ grade with a CGPA of 3.53. NIRF ranking of 2023 places NMI’s colleges at 65th position among all colleges in India

NMI provides under graduate, postgraduate and research in the field of history of art, conservation and museology. Some of the key programs offered by the school are Master of Arts in History of Art, Master of Arts/Science in Conservation, Master of Arts in Museology, Ph.D in Conservation, and Ph.D in Museology. Applications for the 2024 academic programs are expected to be open from May 2023.
