Palamuru University – is a state university situated in Mahabubnagar, Telangana. It was started during 2008 and its recognition by University Grants Commission speaks volumes about its standard. The university has been accredited by NAAC since 2022 where it got B grade. As per NIRF Rankings 2023, Palamuru University has ranked 101 – 150 in the category of University in India.

Palamuru University Eligibility Criteria 2024 (by Departments)
1. Have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with the minimum marks as per the requirement of the program. Field specifications are also different depending on the range of programs.
2. For PG programs, it is mandatory to possess relevant UG degree from any recognized university with minimum marks as per norms which differ from one course to another.
3. In accordance with government norms, reservation category students avail their quota in terms of eligibility in reservation category.
4. Age constraint is sometimes applied such as minimum and maximum age requirements in certain programs like MBA and LLB.
5. Some of the programmes offered at the University have entrance tests while others have qualifying exam results and those who meet the requirements can apply.
6. Further conditions of the number of attempts, the presence or absence of a gap in the study etc may exist for certain degrees.
