Poornima University Eligibility Criteria 2024 (by Departments)
1. For admission to BTech programs the candidates should have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with Maths, Physics and Chemistry/ Biology/ Biotechnology as subjects with minimum 60% of marks in PCM/PCB streams. Lateral entries in 2nd year to dipoma holders is also allowed.
2. For MTech programs, candidates should have completed a BTech/BE in a related branch with 60 percent aggregate marks. Candidates who had qualified the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) would be given preference in admissions.
3. For MBBS the candidate must have passed the 10+2 examination as a minimum standard with Physics, Chemistry & Biology with at least 60% marks. The candidate should also should have appeared for NEET exam with good ranks.
4. BBA and MBA programs give admissions to those candidates who are graduate in any discipline with minimum 50% marks in aggregate. As selection chances of candidates will be increased, better scores in other exams like CAT/MAT will lead to good performance.
5. BCA program including 10+2 pass in any stream with Mathematics as one of the subjects. Minimum aggregate criteria include: 'O’ Level pass: Minimum of 60 % in 10+2.
