Presidency University Bangalore is one of the most prestigious educational institutions that offer of the undergraduates and post graduate courses for the students in the faculty of Science, Commerce, Arts, Law and Engineering. As for the BSc program, the eligibility entails passing of 12th standard with minimum 50% marks in PCM/PCB group subjects in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science. For admissions to the BA in Economics, Psychology, English, Journalism, the candidate should have passed the 12th standard from any stream.
For BCom, BBALM, BBA one must have passed the 12th grade and scored a minimum of 45% marks. 5 yr integrated LLB: The candidate should have passed 12th grade with 45% marks. KCET, COMEDK, CLAT, Presidency Entrance Test are the only entrance tests accepted across departments provided that they meet the qualifying criteria. There are other management programs in the country that accept the students based on CAT/MAT/XMAT/CMAT/ATMA scores also and offer BBA, MBA.

PU Bangalore BBA Selection Criteria

Criteria Details
Educational Qualification Pass the Pre-University Course (PUC) or equivalent examination (10+2) with a minimum percentage of marks (specific percentage to be confirmed).
Entrance Exam Qualify the Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) conducted by the Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA).
Entrance Exam Rank Secure a valid rank in KCET to be eligible for counselling.
Selection Process Shortlisted candidates based on KCET rank will be called for Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) to assess communication skills, aptitude, and overall personality.
Merit List Final selection will be based on a combined score considering KCET rank, GD & PI performance, and reservation category (if applicable).

PU Bangalore BBA How To Apply?

1. Visit the puexams.com portal and there the students can find the UG application link and click the link to register and fill the basic details. 

2. As per the requirement, one has to upload scanned copies of various documents, including 10th and 12th standard marks cards, photos etc.

3. Choose BBA as your program and proceed to make the application fee payment online so that you can submit the form.

4. It is also advisable to download the application and also take hard copy for future use.

5. In as much as application is selective, full admission is earned once fees for admission have been paid and original documents tendered.

  • Enter all the required details
  • Fill up the application form completely & submit it.
  • Candidates will be allotted a user ID & password from the confirmation page.
  • The same User ID & Password will be sent to the candidate's registered Email ID for future reference.
  • Upload passport size photograph (less than 1 MB) and all the required documents.
  • Pay Online & Download Receipt.
