Rajiv Gandhi University Of Knowledge Technologies, Srikakulam Campus is a state university situated in Srikakulam District of Andhra Pradesh State. It was established in the year 2008 and is accredited to the University Grants Commission (UGC) and affiliated to Government of Andhra Pradesh. It has also been accredited by NAAC and has been graded ‘A’ in the year 2023. In NIRF Rankings 2023, RGUKT Srikakulam has secured 76th position in the university category in India.
The university provides 6-years integrated BTech programme in computer science engineering, electronics and Telecommunication engineering, mechanical engineering, civil engineering, chemical engineering, and Material science engineering. This means that the selection criteria is pegged on results that the students got in their class 10 board exams. Teaching methods used include conventional classroom lectures and practical training.
