Rani Channamma University Belagavi offers various Undergraduates and Postgraduates in the field of arts, science, Commerce, Management, Education and Engineering etc. Here, the eligibility criteria may also differ depending on the specific department. For B.A courses, the typical minimum academic qualifications should show that the candidate has passed 12th in arts stream with 45% average marks. B.Sc. Applicants need to have completed their 12th science with a minimum of 50% marks for all courses offered by them. For B.Com and BBA the admission requirement is 50 % in XII commerce stream. B.Ed. and M.Ed. where minimum fifty percent marks in the relevant discipline is required to graduate. For Engineering courses like B.E in Computer Science or Information Technology, the admission requirement is 12th with Physics, Chemistry and Maths, pass with minimum fifty percent. The accepted qualifying exams are state board exams, CBSE, ICSE or examinations of any other equivalent level.
In terms of education, the university provides courses such as B.A, B.Sc, B.Com, B.B.A, B.C.A, B.Ed, B.P.Ed., LL.B, B.E (CSE/IT/Civil/Mechanical/ E&E), M.Sc (Mathematics/ Physics/ Chemistry/ Microbiology), M.A (Economics/ English/ Hindi/ History & Archaeology/ Sociology/ Political Science/ Psychology), M.Com, M.Ed., M.P.Ed., LL.MM, MCA, MBA and Diploma Course. The even semester’s examination will be in the May-June of the academic year 2022-2023 while the odd semester examination shall be in the November-December 2022 academic year. For entry into the university, the application is usually open from the month of May in every year. The process followed is online registration, completion of the application form, and then sitting for Rani Channamma University Common Entrance Test (RCMCET) or department entrance exams as required. Candidates who have been shortlisted for a particular program are expected to go through the necessary admission processes to fill the available seat.
Rani Channamma University, Belagavi announced admissions for various UG, PG, Diploma, PG Diploma and Ph.D programmes in arts, science, education and law, commerce and management streams. More often, institutions admit their students to most courses on merit in the qualifying examination.
Online and offline application modes are available for the courses at the College of Engineering, Osogbo. In order to apply online, you should go to the RCUB’s official page, which is located at www.rcub.ac.in, then select Admissions. To download the application form for filling up manually, one can use the link provided on the official website. This should be accompanied by completing the form properly and the submission of supporting documents as may be required. The application has to be filled and can be submitted at the following centres along with the application fee by DD. The last date for submission and the application fee details are available in the university prospectus for the course or it can be found on the website.
