The RK University is a privat University situated in Rajkot, Gujarat. It was founded in 2011 and as of now it became one of the most popular universities in the state. As per the rules and regulation of the Indian government, RK University is approved by UGC and affiliated with the Government of Gujarat. It has been accorded a B++ accreditation by the NAAC which is an affirmation of good quality education offered at the institution. The NIRF Rankings 2023 was announced recently where RK University has been ranked number 65 under the University category.

RK University Eligibility Criteria 2024 (by Departments)
1. Should have completed the 10+2 or equivalent examination with at least 60% of aggregate percentage from any recognized central/ state board.
2. For undergraduate program, must have passed the relevant qualifying examination depending on the subject combination chosen.
3. For postgraduate programs it must have a relevant under graduate degree with a minimum of 50% in aggregate marks.
4. Must fulfill any other requirements that are set for certain programs such as interview, entry tests, successful completion of certain subjects.
5. Would have been at or above 17 years of age for undergraduate studies and at or above 19 years for post graduate studies on the date of admission.
6. Likewise, the relaxation in the eligibility criteria in accordance to the government norms for categories such as SC/ST/OBC and EWS candidates.
RK University Placements 2024
RK University and the university boasts of a placement record of above 80% every year. Some of the prominent recruiters who recruit candidates for dotcom jobs are Microsoft, Amazon, Infosys, TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, and Accenture etc. The maximum Placement offered in the year 2014-2015 was Rs.320000/- which was offered by Microsoft. The salary package offered across the branches of the company currently averages at a good Rs. 65000/- per annum. A special mention should be made of the placement ratio regarding computer science engineering students; it stands at 90+%.
