Sanskriti University Mathura provides its students various courses in B.Tech, MBA, BBA, BCA, MCA, B.Com, M.Com, BA, MA, B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Ed, LLB, Agriculture etc. So the admission criteria of Sanskriti University Mathura differ according to the faculties. For BTech, the candidates must pass 12th standard and the subjects they must have are Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and minimum of 50% aggregate marks is required. JEE Mains, UPSEE, SUEE are recognized entrance exams for admission to B.Tech course. The admission process also varies; for BBA and MBA, 50% marks in 12th and graduation are required. CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT, ATMA are the acceptable examinations for MBA admission. For getting admission in a BA and MA course in humanities and Social Science stream 45-50% marks in both 12th and graduation is required. For the BSc and MSc in basic sciences, Math group is mandatory in 12th standard with a minimum of 50% marks.
There are several courses and streams include BTech, MTech, BBA, MBA, BA, MA, BSc, MSc, LLB, BEd, MBBS, BDS, MD, MS and so on are available in numerous disciplines. While the entrance examination dates are specific to the year of admission, particularly, the admission year is 2024 the tests are different at the national and the state level. SUEE tentative dates are the first week of May, 2024, of University’s own entrance exam. Application forms for all programs are available from December 2023 and they are online form which could be found in the university website. This admission process includes – filling of the online form, writing an entrance test if it is required, attending a counseling session and admission confirmation. The proportion of the seats is distributed based on the entrance tests merit, qualifying examinations, and counseling rounds performance according to the admission norms.
Sanskriti university is located in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh and it provides various undergraduate and postgraduate courses in engineering, management, commerce, arts, science, education etc. students who desire to join also have two options to apply either online or offline.
There are no hard and fast rules and regulations regarding the online application process and most of the process is quite easy. Those who aspiring to join the institution should go through the official website of Sree Sankaracharya University of Sanskrit at sanskriti.edu.in and move through the admission link. They need to choose the preferred programme they want to apply, complete the admission application form and uploadimages, signatures, educational certificates etc The fee can be paid online through debit/credit card, net banking or UPI.
For offline admission, candidates may download the form from the University website and submit hard copy along with a demand draft of the required amount to the University Campus or Administration Office. The application forms are to be completed and supported by the demand draft and photocopies of all the documents which can be submitted to the Office as follows.
- Direct admission is done on the basis of the score obtained in national/state level entrance exams such as JEE Main, UPSEE, etc or the university conducted entrance exam (SUEE).
- The entrance is possible if you passed all of the subjects mentioned above with the necessary cutoff marks and percentile at the national or state level exams.
- For SUEE, mathematics, chemistry and physics are the subjects on which students are given tests. This exam was taken for selection and appointment is made on merit in this exam.
- Even in case, seats are available, based on 12th board percentage, the university also offers admission. Concerning this, cutoffs are normally gotten at 50- 60 % aggregate mark.
- This implies that there are different cutoffs and merit lists depending on the category like general, OBC, SC/ST etc.
- Besides academic requirements students also have to meet other requirements such as age, nationality and others which is provided by the universities.
1. Visit the university’s website homepage and navigate to the ‘Admissions,’ or ‘Apply Now’ tab. There you will be able to fill out an online application form.
2. To fill up the application form one has to create an account and then start the process. Fill all other necessary information like personal details, academic background, program of choice and amongst others.
3. Upload scanned copies of required documents such as the photograph, sign, and mark sheets of the class 10 and 12 etc. in the given dimensions.
4. The application fee should be remitted through online mode only using credit/debit card or net banking or UPI etc.
5. Before submitting the application, please make sure that all the details entered should be checked thoroughly. On the submission of each set of papers, there cannot be an amendment to the papers.
6. This means that you should only save or download and print the acknowledgment/confirmation page after the form has been submitted.
7. If chosen, fulfil the rest of the admission procedures including paying fees and submitting the original documents to join on the scheduled date.
- It is on the basis of CAT/MAT/CMAT scores or as per the admission test conducted by Sanskriti University, SMET.
- The candidates who are selected in the first round have to face GDPI (Group Discussion & Personal Interview) round.
- The last criteria looks at the average score that the candidate has achieved in the entrance test (CAT/MAT/CMAT/SMET), class XII, GDPI rounds and if the candidate has any work experience
- For CAT/MAT and other similar tests, there may be specific minimum percentage or score that a candidate needs to achieve to write the GDPI round
- To be admitted to an institution through SMET, it is necessary to have at least 50% average scores in every academic year.
- The provision of the final merit list is made by accumulating the total scores as per the entrance test, academic scores, GDPI and work experience scores.

2. In the menu bar under the heading, click on the ‘Post Graduate’ option and then click ‘Management’, ‘MBA’ on the sub-menu. This will open the MBA admission page The following is a step by step guide on how to apply for the MBA admission.
3. It is recommended that students should go through the pre-requisites for admission, mode of admission and other related information.
4. Once you have found the position you want to apply for, you have to click on ‘Apply Now’ and this will take you to the on-line application form.
5. Go ahead and sign up, completing all fields – basic info, education, experience etc. honesty is the best policy here.
6. As per the instructions, upload scanned images of photographs, signatures, copies of Mark-Sheets/ Degree Certificates, Work experience letters etc.
7. It is possible to pay through online mode for the application fee.
8. Complete MBA application form and revise it. Do not forget to check the finished work before submission.
9. The completed application form is provided as a PDF document which can be downloaded and saved for future use.
10. Wait for the university to release selection lists and other admission formalities. You can check your status or any other queries with the admission process through contacting the university.
- The B.Com programme requires candidate for admission to have passed the qualifying examination in the first attempt with required passing marks. Candidates have to clear 10+2 or equivalent examination and must have minimum 50% aggregate percentage of marks.
- The required minimum percentage of marks for reserved category students (SC/ST/OBC) is 45%.
- The admission policy of the university involves taking a common entrance test and the candidate’s performance in the test will determine his or her admission. These assessments measure intelligence and cognitive skills, problem solving and arithmetic proficiency.
- Along with the performance in the entrance examination, candidates are selected as per their academic merit of 10+2. Subject such as Accountancy, Business Studies and Economics are given certain degree of weightage during preparation of merit.
- Both the entrance test and qualifying examination scores are compiled and the students with high scores are finally selected. Counseling is done in order to admit the students into the different colleges and universities as per the merit list formulated by the university.
- Besides specified courses, candidates are also required to meet all the requirements set by the university as to the educational level, the age limit, etc.

2. Based on your preferences, choose the course you want to apply for, for instance B.Com. This will open the admission portal to allow students to undertake their admission process.
3. This is done by registering yourself through the creation of an account. It is also important to input all necessary information such as the name of the organization, phone numbers, etc.
4. You should use the login detail provided and complete the online application form. It is also feasible to input information about their academics, upload scanned documents and even make payment for the application fee online.
5. The required documents are: Tenth and twelfth standard mark sheets, School/college leaving certificate, character certificate, and two passport size photographs.
6. To get a hard copy of the filled form, download or print it for future use.
7. In case you have been shortlisted you will be advised to attend counseling rounds. Eligibility criteria, previous academic performance, entrance examinations, if any, and group discussions or interviews are part of the selection process.
8. While going through the admission process, you may be asked to pay certain fees for the course you had been offered to ensure you finalize on your admission.
