Saveetha Amaravati University also known as Swayam is a private university in Amaravati, Andhra Pradesh. It was started in the year 2020 and due to its standard has been among the favorite universities of students. Saveetha Amaravati University is UGC recognized University in India, also it is approved by the Government of Andhra Pradesh. Recently, it has been accredited with Grade A by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), which emphasizes on the quality of education provided by the colleges. According to the NIRF rankings of 2023, Saveetha Amaravati University stands at 65 in terms of overall Indian university rankings.
The programs at the university are vast and include the following: engineering, management, sciences, humanities, and many others. 1. Bachelor of Medicine , Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS): Basically, one should have passed your class 12th with 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology as the Bio Group is formed by the candidates belonging to this stream. Minimum 17 years
2. Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS): Complete class twelfth standard with 50 percent marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology. Minimum 17 years
3. Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT): It is mandatory to pass the class 12 with minimum 50% aggregate marks from the stream of Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
4. Bachelor of Science Nursing: Science Stream: Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English in class 12. Minimum 45% aggregate marks
5. Bachelor of Pharmacy: To pass the final year with not less than 45% marks in aggregate of Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Mathematics
