The School of Design and Visual Arts is one of the schools of Apeejay Stya University located in Gurgaon, Haryana. It is a constituent of Apeejay Stya University which is a Private University that is approved by University Grants Commission (UGC), recognized by the Government of India under the University act 2015 and accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) with grade ‘A’. The School of Design and Visual Arts is one of the faculties in the university offering design and visual arts programs that include bachelors and masters in the major fields. Some of the courses offered include BDes in Communication Design, Product Design, Experience Design, Graphic Design, Animation & Game Design. There is also a BDes + MDes program where one can complete both degrees simultaneously. The admission process occurs in January of a given academic year and the written entrance tests are conducted in major cities across the country from February to April. Personal interviews are conducted in mid May to mid June.

Few of the key recruiters are design agencies, production houses, media & entertainment companies, e-commerce companies, automotive companies etc. The recruiters in past years have been Dentsu Webchutney, Publicis Sapient, IBM, Accenture, Flipkart, Myntra, Volvo, Hyundai etc. Majority of the batch has got placed with an average package of 5-8 LPA. The maximum salary package has always been up to 15 LPA.
