It is a private university established in Barabanki, Uttar Pradesh, India The university was established in the year 2012 and the name of this university is Shri Ramswaroop Memorial University that is abbreviated as SRMU. It is a private university which was set up in 2011 and it is recognized by the University Grants Commission and it has been accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council with B ++ grade. According to NIRF rankings of 2023, SRMU was at 151-200 positions out of all the universities in India.
