Siddharth University is the university located in Siddharthnagar, Uttar Pradesh with having programs for Undergraduate and Post graduate in many streams such as Arts, Science, Commerce, Law Education, management computer application. Commodities include all kinds of degree programs such as BA, BSc, BCom, BCA, BBA, MA, MSc, MCom, LLB, BEd. For joining the UG courses, the candidate must have completed the class 12th standard in a particular stream with 50% marks in aggregate from any recognized board. Such popular tests as UPSEE, CUET, are allowed for admission to certain programs.
The university has a wide range of full-time campus-based courses in different fields accredited under different faculties and streams. In its capacity as a polytechnic, students can enrol for Diploma, Undergraduate, Postgraduate, MPhil and PhD programmes across various fields. Generally, the admission process occurs in May every year by either online or offline means depending on the program.
Process for filling up of Admission Form online Read the instructions carefully before filling up the form:
1. Identification Documents: Please, attach the scanned copy of the Aadhaar card, PAN card or any other government authorized ID proof, which could confirm the identity and date of birth of the client.
2. 10th Standard Marksheet: Original 10th standard mark list for all subject combinations secured, with a passing certificate from a recognized board.
3. 12th Standard Marksheet: You have to attach your 12th standard marksheet showing percentile in important subjects as well as passing certificate from a recognized board.
4. Migration Certificate: Attach a migration certificate that has duly been issued from the educational board or the university last attended, which states that the candidate has been allowed to migrate to another university for further studies.
5. Caste Certificate: If any, attach the vaild caste certificate from the competent government authority that certifies the reservation category.
6. Previous Degree Certificates: In case of post graduate programs, attach all the mark sheets and certificates for the completion of your bachelor’s degree or for the other qualifications required to establish your admissibility to the master’s program.
1. Review the course applying for to see age limitation, academic requirements as well as domicile requirements if any.
2. Click on the online application form found on the university website and complete it no later than the stated date.
3. Take the entrance test of the concerned university if any or produce mark sheets of the qualifying examination.
4. Candidates need to visit the website when there is a release of a merit list to check if they have been selected to proceed with the counselling process.
5. Go for documentation and accept the offer by making the necessary payments of admission fees for the provisional admission.
6. Lastly, ensure that all registration procedures are done within the set duration to finalize the admission.

2. Application form is available in online or off line mode which can be duly filled and enclosed with all records by the due date.
3. If you meet the above or any other university specified criteria then sit for university conducted Ph.D entrance test.
4. If called, sit for interview round organized by university selection committee when one qualifies.
5. Accept the offer if the candidate has been provisionally selected to join the institution and pay for fees to secure a place.
6. Exercise other requirements such as course work, proposal presentation, research and thesis submission as per university Ph.D regulations.

1. Academic qualifications: The candidates need to have a bachelor’s degree in any field with at least 45-50% combined marks from a recognized university.
2. Obtain admission form – There are two ways that you can obtain the admission form either by visiting university website www.sus.ac.in and downloading the form or through the university counters at a certain cost.
3. Provide the personal information, academic information, contact information in the form accurately. Insert the photo and incorporate other documents into it.
4. Submit form – This can be done online or done manually by post to the registrar office but must be done before the last date and with the appropriate fee.
5. Take up entrance – In case you are interested in doing M.Com in a particular university, take up the entrance test as per the date fixed by the university.
6. Website/school notice board – Merit list should be available on website or school/college/ university notice board. In case one is lucky to have been selected, he or she should fully complete the admission process.
