Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan is a private university situated at Bhubaneswar city of Odisha state in India. The admission process usually begins from the month of May for every year. The JEE Mains, OJEE are conducted for Engineering whereas NEET is conducted for Medical Stream. These are mostly done in the months of November-December for first semester and April-May for second semester.

With respect to the last year placement, more than 87% of students who were eligible for placement got placed in different courses. Siksha ’O’ Anusandhan University is one of the best universities in India that has maintained a good record of placing the graduates. The following 2021 academic year close to 100 % of the students that sat for placement were absorbed in various companies. Some of the prominent companies that have been recruiting candidates for various positions are Tata Steel, Larsen & Toubro Limited, IBM, Wipro Limited, Infosys, Tata Consultancy Services, Cognizant, Accenture etc. The lowest salary package offered was Rs 8 lakh per annum and the highest was Rs 32 lakh per annum offered by Microsoft.
