It is a private university that was established at Pacheri Bari, Jhunjhunu district, Rajasthan. It was inaugurated in 2007 and has been accredited by University Grants Commission (UGC). This college offering some of the following degree courses include the following: – BTech, MTech, MBBS, MD, MS, BBA, MBA, BA, MA, BCA, MCA, B.Com, M.Com, B.Sc., M.Sc. like Engineering, Management, Commerce, Science, Computer Applications, Pharmacy, Education and Arts & Languages etc. The admission exercise begins early in the year, specifically in January. University has its own written test called Singhania Entrance Test (SET) for the admission in BTech. For other programs, there are normal admission requirements that include passing national level tests like JEE Main, GATE, CAT/MAT, NEET or graduation marks. The exams are usually taken in the months of April/ May and August/ September.

In the current placement session of 2022, the highest percentage of 70% of the eligible students were placed with average salary pay scale of 3-7 LPA for UG and 4-9 LPA for PG courses offered by the institutions. The maximum salary offered in a package in the year 2021 was an annual package of rupees eighteen lakh offered by a well-known software company.
