SR University Warangal is one of the most prominent private universities in Warangal, Telangana state. This University was Established in the year 2002 and is UGC recognized and accredited by the Government of Telangana. SR University has been accredited by NAAC and has been graded as ‘A’ in the recent accreditation exercise in 2022. With regard to NIRF ranking 2023, the university falls under the category of 151-200 universities in India.
The university provides students with an opportunity to take undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral courses in various disciplines that include engineering, management, science, commerce, and pharmacy among others. The common courses offered here include the BTech, MTech, BBA, MBA, BSc, MSc, BCom MCom, Bpharm, and PharmD. Semester exams are generally taken in Nov-Dec and April-May every year. SRUEE conducts its admission process during April and admits the students based on their performance in SRUEE, TS EAMCET or national level examinations like JEE Main and GPAT and counselling.
SR University has successfully placed the campus recruits in more than 250 reputed companies for placements. Infosys, Wipro, TCS, Tech Mahindra, Accenture, and Cognizant are some of the organisations who recruit the students regularly. More than 80% of the eligible students get placement every year, and the highest salary offered till now is approximately INR 26 lakhs per annum. Thus the average package continues to be between INR 4-6 Lakhs per Annum. Some of the popular job positions include a software engineer, business analyst, research associate, pharmacist among others depending on the course.

The SR University Warangal, in particular, has preserved the tradition of providing students with good employment opportunities.More than 350 reputed organizations are there with campus recruitment programs for offering jobs including TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant and Accenture etc. Employers with highest demand for employment placement in the institution have been on the rise every year.
