SRIHER is a deemed university situated in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, providing education, research, and health care services. It was founded in the year 1985 and it has been accredited by the University Grants Commission and was approved by Medical Council of India. 1. Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized board with minimum aggregate percentage ranging between 50-60 % in the respective courses.

2. For medical programs, candidates must have taken Physics, Chemistry, Biology in their 10+2 level examination and have minimum 50% marks in these subjects. They need to get qualified in the NEET exam. 

3. The details of eligibility criteria for attending the GATE exam for admission into engineering programs are as follows: Candidates should have passed 10+2 examination with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics as subjects and obtained 45-60% aggregate marks as per the branch of engineering. 

4. For allied health sciences programs the candidates should have passed 10+2 with science as the stream with Physics, Chemistry Biology as subjects with minimum of 50% marks. 

5. For management and commerce programs, the candidate needs to complete their 10+2 in any stream with an aggregate of 50 % or more. 

6. There may be other standard requirements like age, number of attempts, and physical fitness of the candidate for programs like medical and pharmacy.
