SRM University Vadapalani Campus is a private deemed university located in Chennai, Tamil nadu in India. Founded in the year 1985, this university has been persistently following the list of the top universities in the nation and has secured the 26th position in the NIRF Rankings of 2023. This has been made possible due to the accreditations from the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) whereby the Vadapalani campus has been awarded an A++ grade proving the quality of the infrastructure as well as education imparted to the students.

1. Candidates should have completed 10+2 or equivalent examination with at least 60% aggregate marks (for SC/ST candidates 55% marks will be considered).
2. For engineering courses, candidate should have studied Physics, Chemistry, and mathematics in 10+2, and for medical courses, Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

4. As to the admission requirements for undergraduate programs, they must be below 21 years old while there are no restrictions concerning the age for postgraduate and PhD programs.
