Symbiosis Medical College for Women (SMCW) is one of the foremost medical Colleges as a constituent of Symbiosis International (Deemed University), Pune, Maharashtra India. Started in the year 2020, it has already popular as the top medical college in India. SMCW is also approved by the Medical Council of India and it has been accredited with Grade A by the NAAC (National Assessment and Accreditation Council). The SMCW has secured the NIRF Ranking of 42nd in the year 2023 for medical colleges in India. SMCW has built and continues to build state-of-the-art facilities and employ distinguished members of the faculty with the goal of not only charting the future course of women in health care but also of inspiring women doctors.
The university has a medical faculty known as SMCW that provides MBBS, MD, MS, Diploma, and PhD in different disciplines. There is also provision for developing skills by providing training programs or special courses and certificates. NEET is used as a key entrance examination to get an admission to MBBS course while NEET PG is used for the post graduate medical courses. Its admission entails creating an account on the college site, completion of an application form, submission of supporting documents and an interview.

1. MBBS: The candidates must have completed 12th grade with 50% overall Marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology. The ages that are preferred are within 17-25 years.
2. MD/MS: MBBS degree mandatory. Must have completed internship. This has led to a need to qualify for the NEET-PG exam.
3. BDS: 12th grade pass with 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology for general candidates. Candidates must be in the age bracket 17-25 years of age. Must qualify NEET exam.
4. MDS: BDS degree mandatory. Must have completed internship. Several reasons seen for need to pass NEET-MDS exam.
5. Nursing: Pass in 10+2 examination with Science stream or equivalent examination. Minimum of 45% total marks required for admission in any degree program. It was pointed out that ages should be in the range of 17-35 years. Entrance test required.
