Symbiosis Skills & Professional University (SSPU) is a private university located in the Maharashtra region of India. It was started in the year 2019, and it is approved by the University Grants Commission. SSPU has been accredited by NAAC and it is currently at Grade A which was received in 2022, an emphasis on quality education. SSPU ranked with overall 101-150 band in NIRF ranking 2023 and 26 in pharmacy institute ranking in India.
Through the faculties of Engineering, Management, Design, Pharmacy, Applied Sciences, and others, SSPU provides diploma, undergraduate, and postgraduate degrees. There are some of the common courses offered which includes BBA, BCA, BA, B.Des, B.Tech., MBA, MCA and M.Tech. Odd semesters examination is usually scheduled in November-December every year while even semesters examination is scheduled in April- May every year. The admission for the batch of 2024 will begin in January 2024 at the official website of the organization. They must have completed their 12th class with passing marks and in the respective stream of the applied course. The admission process is conducted through score on national/ state level entrance exams like JEE Mains, MAHCET, NPAT, GPAT or direct Interview/ counseling round.

Some of the major companies that recruit are Infosys, Wipro, Accenture, Nestle, Colgate Palmolive, HDFC Bank and others. The median salary offered was 7 LPA and the maximum was 28 LPA with minimum being 2 LPA. A sum of more than 85% of the eligible branches are placed every year. Corporate Relations and Career Development Center which is solely responsible for the recruitment procedure ensures that students get internships with more than 250 partnering firms, and there are decent job placements as well.
