1. For admission to BA LLB program the candidate should have passed 12th standard or equivalent examination conducted by a recognized central / state board with minimum 45% aggregate marks (40% for SC / ST / OBC category).
2. For admission to the LLM program, the candidate should possess a LLB/BL degree in law with minimum 45% marks for general category (40% for SC/ST/OBC category) from a recognized university.
3. Candidates should have passed graduation in any discipline with a minimum of 45% marks for general category and 40% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD category for PG Diploma courses.
4. For Diploma courses, pass in 10+2 or equivalent examination from any recognized central / state board with minimum 45% marks for general candidates and 40% for SC/ST/OBC candidates.
5. Distance learning law programs do not have any age restrictions to enrol in the course.
6. The candidates who are taking their qualifying degree final year examination can also apply in a provisional basis provided they meet the eligibility criteria at a later date.
