TeamLease Skills University (TLSU) is a concept based university which provides employability skills centric education. 1. General criteria for all programs: program duration, the extent of application and adoption, the level of advancement, and the uniqueness of the solution offered.

Should have passed Class 10 or 12 from recognized Board. Enrolled in a course that requires the candidate to face an entrance test and an interview. Age and language proficiency requirements consistent with the requirements set for each program.

2. Nursing Assistant Program; a course that prepares students for careers as caregivers in the health field. 

Possess the minimum of 12th standard pass in any stream with not less than 50% marks. Minimum age 17 years. Healthy without any diseases that limit the patients’ mobility during treatment. Speaking, reading and especially writing English without any kind of accent.

3. Responsible for providing support and selling products to healthcare providers, the Healthcare Sales Associate Program is a phrase.

Should have passed Class 12 in any stream particularly Science stream. Interested in the health care industry and sales positions. Good interpersonal and communication skills together with good problem solving skills. Goal directed and truthful to build a professional career in the sales sector of the healthcare industry.  

4. BFIS Sales Associate Program for the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance sectors

The candidate must have passed Class 12 in any stream from a recognized central or state board of education. Specific competencies that may be needed are related to communication and selling knowledge. Mature and eager to kick start a career in BFSI sales specialization. Prepared for training and willing to work in the sales position.

5. Retail Sales Staff Training Plan: Month One 

Should have passed class ten and above level of education. Presence of good communication and selling skills. Motivated and ready to work in the organization and management of a retail store and interacting with customers.

6. Solar panel installation technician Program

Completed Class 10. Physically strong to work at heights or outdoor will be an added advantage. Ability and willingness to work in various locations for the assignments. No intentions of stealing or duplicating the designs of the solar panel installations learned.
