The University holds semester end examinations for all the programs during the months of November and December and for the second semester during the months of April and May. The admission application to the university to join the 2024 academic year is expected to be opened in November 2023. There are two options for enrollment; students can use online or offline process. Some of the entrance examinations that are likely to be held for admission at national level and state level are as follows: University will announce the cut-off percentages for various course offerings and will also hold counseling sessions mainly in June –July of 2024. To join the college, the applicants need to appear for the specific entrance examination and merit in the class 12th examination depending on the availability of the seat and eligibility norms. It is expected that a new academic session should start from 3rd week of the July 2024. Students should always visit the university’s website to get updated on admission requirements before applying and should apply early enough in the year.

For online application, technically visit the official web site at http://technoindiakolkata.org, then go to the admission option. Choose the course you wish to apply for and ensure you provide all the required details in the online application form. Upload scanned form of required documents such as photo, signature, class 10 and 12 mark sheets etc .as per the criteria. The fee could be paid through credit/debit card, net banking or UPI for online payment of the application fee. Complete the form and save or print the completed form for further use.
To apply for admission in any of the courses offered at the university, one needs to fill an application form which can be collected from the university administrative office. Complete it correctly and enclose photocopies of the relevant documents and where necessary, certified. Enclose an application fee of Rs 500/- (by DD or cash) along with the application form at the administrative office before the last date. - Performance in national/state-level exams: Rank in other competitive examinations such as JEE Advanced, BITSAT etc, are taken into consideration.
- Choice of subjects/streams: Performances achieved in academic courses related to Physics, Chemistry, Maths, Computer Science, etc. are considered. Students with high grades in subjects related to the selected B.Tech branch are preferred.
