Techno India University (TIU) is a Private University Established in Kolkata, West Bengal. Knowing its existence in 2012, TIU has got ‘A’ grade from NAAC (National Assessment and Accreditation Council) for its quality education. According to the NIRF rankings of universities mentioned in the news, Techno India University has secured a position in the 101-150 band in the recent NIRF rankings 2023 for universities.
TIU provides Undergraduate, Postgraduate and Doctorate programs in Engineering & Technology, Management, Computer Science & Application, Sciences, Arts, Commerce, Education, Humanities, Law, Pharmacy, Design, Agriculture, and Biotechnology. The companies that have recruited from TIU which are amongst the top recruiting companies include Infosys, Wipro, TCS, IBM, Accenture, Deloitte, Capgemini, Tech Mahindra and L&T Infotech. In this year, for B.Tech. 2021-22, 92% of the student got placed and the maximum salary offered to the student was INR 32 LPA. The average salary also rose to INR 6.8 lakhs per annum as the salary offered in some of the offers were higher than the others. Due to the affiliations and contacts in various industries and having a vast talent database, TIU remains to develop good relation between academia and industries that lead to good placement for students.

Undergraduate Programs
Here is a list of the various techn india bachelor degrees listing. Fresh Candidates should have passed their 10+2 or equivalent examination with minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Some programs also have other requirements that the learners must meet in order to be selected to take the programs.
Postgraduate Programs

Techno India University is known for the good facility it provides in terms of campus placements. The placement cell of the college is very good as more than 500 reputed companies visit the campus for placing the students in different fields in a year. The highest salary was of Rs 30 lakh per annum offered by a leading American software company in the placement drive conducted in the year 2021. The overall pay structure of an average employee as per the branches is a good Rs 650, 000/annum. Some of the major IT recruiters include Tata Consultancy Services, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, IBM, Dell, Capgemini, Larsen and Turbo Infotech, Cognizant, HCL technologies amongst others. 85 % of all the students who attended campus interviews last year have been placed and this is due to the university’s industry linkages and the competence of the students.
