The Apollo University Chittoor (AUCT) is a self-financed university in Chittoor of the Andhra Pradesh state in South India. The Andhra University College of Engineering Visakhapatnam was established in 2016Â under Andhra Pradesh Private Universities Act, AUCT is approved by the University Grants Commission (UGC) & Govt. of Andhra Pradesh. The university has achieved Grade A accreditation from the NAAC in the first cycle which depicts the scenario of the seriousness of the university towards education. NIRF Rankings 2023 have been released and AUCT has found its position for the first time among all the universities of India in the 150th position.
AUCT provides opportunities for under graduate, post graduate and doctorate level in fields including engineering, management, sciences, arts, education and law. The academic programs’ admissions are done in May annually from the national / state level entrance examinations. For the engineering stream, the candidates are admitted on the basis of their JEE Main/EAMCET scores whereas for the management classes the candidates have to produce their CMAT/ATMA/XAT/CAT scores.
AUCT has seen great records in recruitments as it has been able to attract leading recruiters from various industries in campus recruitments. It is said for the 2022-23 batch, more than 92% of the students were placed in the premiere companies like Infosys, Wipro, Amazon, Deloitte, TCS, and Cognizant. The maximum pay scale offered was of 32 LPA with the average compensation offered at 7.2 LPA.

The Apollo University Placements 2024
Apollo University Chittoor has placed its graduates in some of the best companies and industries around the world. Infosys, TCS, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, and Cognizant are some of the companies that have Apollo University on their preferred list of recruiting institutions. In high tech companies like Microsoft the highest salary package that was offered in 2023 was 22000 per annum. Skilled computer science engineers were offered an average pay slip of 6.5 LPA. In nutshell, according to the recent survey, more than 80% of the student got placed in campus interviews last year. The top recruiting companies were Infosys who hired 112 students at an average remuneration of 4 LPA and Wipro who offered jobs to 95 students with an average annual package of 3.8 LPA.
