Vijaybhoomi University was established as a private university in Greater Mumbai, Maharashtra. It was set up in the year 2019 and is recognized by the UGC , Govt. of Maharashtra and has been bestowed with NAAC grade ‘A’. Regarding the rankings in NIRF 2023, Vijaybhoomi University stands 81 among universities in the country. To cater the growing economy and to provide the best employment solutions, the university has designed the courses according to industry requirements.
The university teaches Undergraduate, Master and Doctorate degree programs in various faculties such as Engineering, Computer Applications, Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, Literatures, Psychology and so on. Some major programs provided are BTech, MBA, BBA, BA, BCom, MCom, MA and integrated programs such as BBA-MBA. The undergraduate admission process begins in January every year. Vijaybhoomi Entrance Test (VET) is taken for admissions along with the marks in class 12th Exam. Timetable of important examinations for admission in 2024 will be available soon on the official site.
The University that is Vijaybhoomi has been stretching good records as far as placements are concerned. Leading companies from different industries like IT, consulting, telecom and infrastructure have visited the campus and includes Infosys, Deloitte, KPMG, EY, Jio, L&T, Accenture etc. First, it’s encouraging to note that more than 85% of the applicants have been placed and the maximum salary offered was INR 18 LPA. The average salary package has been reported to be in the range of 5-7 LPA; this goes to show that there are good employment prospects for the graduating students. Through collaborations with employers, the university currently has over 100 top employers coming to campus annually for recruitment and the plan is to have 100% placement in the future years.

1. For admission in bachelors degree courses one needs to pass 10+2 in any stream from any recognized board of education with minimum 50% aggregate percentage. Depending on the specific program, there may be extra requirements.
2. Mathematics is not mandatory at 10+2 level for joining BBA, BCA, BA, and B.Com programs in various universities. B.Sc. programs have mathematics as one of the compulsory subjects in 10+2.
3. Admission to Master’s degree programs are done based on the candidate fulfilling the following criteria: Admission to Master’s degree programs are done based on the following conditions; i) The candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in the relevant field with minimum 50% aggregate marks from a recognized university. Some programs have higher cut offs.
4. There is no bar for the kind of bachelor’s degree one has to possess, however, one must have secured 50% marks and have a valid CAT/MAT/XAT score. Employment experience may be relevant for executive MBA.
5. Almost all programs accept national level tests such as JEE Main, CAT GMAT etc. Some of the design & architecture programs accept NATA scores.
6. International students must obtain equivalence certificates from AIU and English competency results in IELTS/TOEFL for enrollment.
Vijaybhoomi University provides undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs in different fields of engineering, business, law, design, arts, science, and computer applications. The objective is to deliver industry relevant and integrated education for innovation, entrepreneurship and ethical considerations.
Its main courses are the 4-year B.Tech programs in Computer Science, AI & ML, ECE, Mechanical and Civil Engineering which cost between Rs 4 lakh to 6 lakh all-inclusive. It also has a BBA program which focuses on topics such as marketing, finance, human resource with the fees standing at approximately Rs 300000 in total.
Vijaybhoomi also offers postgraduate programs like the Master in Business Administration with finance, Marketing, Human Resource Management, and Operations at a total fee of Rs 6 lakhs. Similarly, it offers an M.Tech in the emerging technologies such as AI, ML, IoT among others for approximately Rs 3 lakhs in total cost.
