Cambridge Institute of Technology or CIT Ranchi is one of the leading institutes, offering multiple courses in engineering, Management and Computer application, Pharmacy and many more courses for undergraduate and Postgraduate levels. Some of its famous courses are B.Tech in computer science, information technology, electronics and mechanical engineering and many more. The basic standard required for the B.Tech programs is to have cleared the 12th standard from any recognized board with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as the main subjects and scored a minimum percentage of 60-65% in these three subjects. At the Undergraduate level, CIT Ranchi offers B.Tech admissions through the students’ performance in National level entrance examination like JEE Mains, WBJEE etc.
Full time campus programs includes BCA, BBA, B.Pharm, MBA and MCA while it also includes part time and distance learning. For admission in BCA program, the candidate must have passed class 12th with a minimum of 50% throughout aggregate. For BBA program, to make admission, the candidate should have class 12th pass certificate in any stream with minimum 50% marks. MBA, MCA need a corresponding bachelor degree with 50-60% marks in many countries. Like the entrance exam of CIT Ranchi for different courses is in the second week of May 2024 and JEE Mains exam is in the January and April 2024. Admission to the institute is offered both online and offline through an application form in the institute portal or center. Candidates who qualify the Scribe Test are required to sit for the Institute level written admission Test and interview before the final list is made.
