NIFTEM Sonepat Admission 2024: Courses Fees, Ranking & Dates

Some of the departments of NIFTEM Sonepat Haryana are Food Technology, Food safety & Quality management, Food Process Engineering, Food Biotechnology, Business Management & Tourism & Hospitality Management. The eligibility criteria is different for these departments. The requirement for B.Tech in Food Technology and Food Process Engineering is the 12th passed with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. For B.Tech Food Safety and Quality Management, candidate should have passed 12th standard in any stream. For MBA programs such as the MBA in Food and Agri Business Management, any graduate can apply. Some of the accepted exams are JEE Main, GATE, CAT, MAT, ATMA among others depending on the course offered. 

The institute is having B.Tech, M.Tech, MBA and Ph.D. in 6 departments of the institute. Some of the specializations include B.Tech in Food Technology, Food Process Engineering, Food Safety and Quality Management, MBA in Food and Agri Business Management, M.Tech in Food Process Engineering, Food Safety and Quality Assurance, Ph.D in various food related disciplines. For B.Tech, admissions are done through the ranks secured in JEE Main and through counselling whereas MBA admissions are through CAT/MAT scores with GD/PI. Candidates who clear GATE are eligible for M.Tech programs. Application forms are available in January 2024 for B.Tech programs and in May-June 2024 for MBA and M.Tech programs. The selection procedure is done through aptitude test conducted at national level, counseling and interview held at the institute level. The admission process starts from April, 2024 for B.Tech and in June-July, 2024 for MBA and M.Tech.

Process for filling up of Admission Form online Read the instructions carefully before filling up the form:
  • Enter all the required details
  • Fill up the application form completely & submit it.
  • Candidates will be allotted a user ID & password from the confirmation page.
  • The same User ID & Password will be sent to the candidate's registered Email ID for future reference.
  • Upload passport size photograph (less than 1 MB) and all the required documents.
  • Pay Online & Download Receipt.

NIFTEM Sonepat MBA How To Apply?

1. You should visit the official website of NIFTEM Sonepat through the link www.niftem.ac.in and navigate to the ‘Admissions’ link. Select "MBA Admissions."

2. The link contains MBA admission notice and prospectus. Read the criteria for participation, the dates stated, and the procedure for applying as highlighted in the brochure.

3. Go through the ‘Apply Online’ link and register yourself with the information being asked for. An application number will be issued to accommodate your application. 

4. To apply, you need to visit the company’s website and enter your login information, then complete the online application form. Scan and upload the necessary documents.

5. Pay the application fee through credit/debit card/net banking etc. while applying for the course online

6. After submitting the form and making payment, the applicant is allowed to download and print the form and the receipt.
