Samarth Polytechnic Pune provides diploma in Mechanic Streams, Civil, Electrical, Electronics and Telecommunication, Computer Science, and Information Technology Streams. It differs from department to department and for Mechanical, Civil and Electrical, the students should have passed 10th standard with minimum 35% marks are eligible. For other streams, the pass requirement in 10th standard is 45% marks. All courses offer admissions based on the performance in the exam conducted by SSC, CBSE, ICSE or the approved State Board examinations.
The polytechnic provides 3 years full time diploma programmes in streams such as Mechanical engineering, Civil engineering, Computer engineering and Technology, Electrical engineering and Electronics and Telecommunication engineering. The admission process which includes the registration online, submission of the details in a form, submission of the documents and fees payment, and the counseling session to choose the department and course of study to be admitted into. The details that should be provided accurately include scores in 10th grade, personal information, contact information and compulsory and optional preferences of stream and course.
Process for filling up of Admission Form online Read the instructions carefully before filling up the form:
1. Photo identity proof- Scan and upload two documents from the list of: Aadhaar card, PAN card, driving license, or passport for identity proof.
2. Education certificates- The photocopy of the 10th and 12th standard mark sheets and passing certificates from a recognized educational board along with its original and two attested photocopies.
3. Leaving certificate - Provide original leaving or transfer certificate from the last attended school/college along with two photocopies.
4. Recent photographs - Provide five passport photographs that you have taken in the last few months with your name and the application number to enable identification and to be used in the ID card.
5. Documents pertaining to reservation - Caste certificate – Original and Photostat copy of the caste certificate issued by the Competent Government Authority, wherever applicable for reserved category.
6. Fees - Remit the non-refundable application fees coupled with advance adjustable academic fees, demand drafts in favor of the institute as per the norms applicable for the course.
1. For admission to the UG/PG program of your choice, complete the application form with the support of online application, offline application option and pay the required fee before the last date.
2. Ensure that the qualifications which SPPU has set for the students like the qualification test, are met.
3. Take CET/GPAT or other university level exams or join any national level examination for admission like JEE or CAT.
4. After declaration of result, the candidates should be present in the counseling session as per the timetable for the provisional admission of the seats according to the rank, preferences mentioned, reservation, etc.
5. Admission process by paying the fees and get the documents verified within the stipulated time.
6. The last step is to complete formalities of registration by submitting documents/ certificates that would ensure your admission in the particular institute and program allotted to you.
1. Getting admitted into the MSBTE, candidates should ensure that they meet the standard requirements on age, academic qualification and other standards as set by the institute before applying for admission.
2. Applicants can download application form either online or from school and complete by filling basic details as well as academic background.
3. Send filled application form with processing fee to institute before last date of submission.
4. In case there are any entrance tests for admission, sit for them or wait for a list to be issued depending on previous academic performance. Counselling as per schedule.
5. Finally after the tests and documentation, get an allotted seat then pay the fees and submit documents to confirm enrollment.
6. Enroll at the orientation program of the polytechnic and start the diploma program as per the calendar of the polytechnic.

2. Sign up and complete all fields in the application form: personal information, education, address data, and more.
3. Upload scanned copies of the required documents, for example, photo, signature, class 10 certificates.
4. Choose the diploma programs, and the institutes that you want to apply to based on your preferred choice.
5. The application fees of the examination can be paid using the credit / debit card or through net banking or using UPI.
6. Check all entries filled, affirm all declarations, sign the document at the end of the application form and obtain the acknowledgement of the download link.
7. This form should be saved and taken a print out for the future use. There, it is necessary to frequently visit the website for updated information.

2. The applicant is needed to download the application form either online or offline and fill it with appropriate information on the stipulated date.
