Shree Samarth Polytechnic in Ahmednagar is a polytechnic college that offers diploma courses in Engineering disciplines such as computer science engineering electronics & telecommunication engineering electrical engineering mechanical engineering and civil engineering. The eligibility criteria slightly differs from department to department – for instance, for Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical and Mechanical engineering, students must have passed 10th standard with at least 35% marks. For Civil engineering, students must have completed 12th Science with a minimum of 45% in PCM subjects. All streams are open for admissions and student are offered through MHT CET, JEE mains scores and direct admission through marks in 10th/12th standards.

The institute is accepting performance in various exams like MHT-CET, JEE Mains and marks in 10th & 12th standard for provisional admission till end June. The final admissions are offered once the documents of the students are verified in July. The academic session begins in the first week of August. MHT-CET as the entrance examination for diploma courses will be on 15-06-2023, availability of Admission Forms from 03-05-2023, date for publishing of provisional admission list by 30-06-2023 and the academic session starts on 07-08-2023.

For online application, it is possible on the official page www.sspoly.ac.in choosing the link ‘Admissions’. Choose the course of your preference and complete the online application form by entering basic information such as name, date of birth, contact details, academic qualification etc. It is also necessary to upload scanned images of documents, photograph and signature as per the prescribed size. Make the payment of application fees online to finalize the process.
For offline application, interested candidates must come to the institute in person to pick an admission brochure with the application form. Complete the form by inputting truthful information concerning personal and academic background. Enclose self attested photocopies of other relevant documents and two passport size photographs. The completed application form should be personally submitted to the admission counter of the institute along with the application fees in form of demand draft.

5. Check merit list – This is usually when the college has conducted all the exams necessary for the admission of students, then the college comes up with merit list which ranks the applicants depending on their performance in the exams and other requirements.

7. Submit admission fees – At last pay the full amount of admissions fees so that you can get admission into the diploma program.
