Symbiosis International University Pune provides following courses in various departments like Management and Law, Liberal Arts, Computer Science, Health Science Media and Communication, Economics, etc. The entrance exam has different eligibility norms for different courses. Symbiosis International University (SIU) Pune has an online/offline admission process for the candidates to apply.

- The Institute of Science and Industrial Research University offers the SITEEE exam for students wishing to join B.Tech programs. SITEEE 2023 Registration are currently open and this examination will be held in shifts from 10th to 20th June 2023.
- SITEEE being a centralized exam for admissions has no provision of result declaration other than shortlisting candidates for the further round of counselling for seat allocation process. It is noteworthy that the counselling schedules will also be released simultaneously with the SITEEE results.

- Apart from the Symbiosis Entrance Test (SET), admission is offered to students who have qualified for Symbiosis National Aptitude Test (SNAP) and those who have been shortlisted based on their performance in the Personal Interview (PI) process.
