Medical courses are offered in the Uttar Pradesh University of Medical Sciences at Etawah across disciplines such as MBBS, MD, MS, MDS, DM, MCh and Ph.D. For seeking admission to MBBS course, the candidates must have passed in Physics, Chemistry and Biology with minimum 50% marks in standard XII exam. The entrance examination like NEET is considered for the admission process. It is mandatory for students to have passed MBBS with 55% of marks and clear the exams such as UP PGMET for MD and MS courses for postgraduate medical programs.
It comprises faculties of graduate, postgraduate and doctoral programs in fields of Medicine, Dental Science, Paramedical Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy and Allied Health Sciences. These are general medicine, general surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, paediatrics, anatomy, pharmacology among others.

5. The payment toward the application fee could be made online through credit/ debit card, net banking or UPI.
6. After submission, copy and print the completed form and the necessary documents for signing.
7. The applicant has to complete the application form and attach the documents needed then have it posted to the university or hand deliver it at the office.

3. Application fee - You may be required to make a payment for the application fee through the instructed online method, or others.
4. Admit card – This will include the exam date, timing, center details, etc. are available for downloading on the portal after it has been released.
5. Attend the exam – The applicant has to write the entrance test conducted by the university as per the scheduled date and bring documents along.
6. Result and counselling – The hall ticket holders will be selected for counselling procedure, and they have to complete counselling to opt their preferred B.Sc course and college according to their merit in entrance test.

1. Look for pass marks – The candidate must have passed their 10+2 or an equivalent examination with the subject combination of Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Mathematics and English not less than 50% average.
