M.Tech Artificial Intelligence is a post graduate course of two years duration that covers the subjects like machine learning, deep learning, neural networks, natural language processing, robotics, computer vision. The prime objective of the program is to enhance the understanding of students on algorithms, tools and technologies used in AI for designing Intelligent systems. Specialization electives also form part of the curriculum which entails probability, statistics, data science, AI programming, intelligent agents, knowledge representation.
The entrance tests accepted for the purpose of admissions in M.Tech AI course across the colleges are GATE, CAT, GRE, GMAT. Good score in GATE subjects like CS/EC/EE/IN improves the chances of getting admitted. Work experience or previous published works may also be taken into account when granting admission. Colleges also use their entrance exams, followed by interviews to select the students for the final intake.

1. Completed a bachelor’s degree in engineering/technology or a master’s degree in any stream obtaining a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent CGPA.

3. The institution may also consider admitting candidates who have at least 2 years of work experience in the relevant field.
