Operations Management MBA is a postgraduate full-time management course of two-year duration which aims to equip students with knowledge of tools and techniques that can be used to develop and enhance operational capabilities of an organization. It offers an understanding of operations planning, supply chain management, quality assurance, Lean and Six Sigma, procurement, inventory and managing service operations. Students acquire strategic thinking abilities and management competencies in order to improve various organizational departments’ performances by cutting costs and increasing productivity.
The entrance tests accepted for admission in MBA Operations Management courses in various top B-Schools are CAT, XAT, MAT, ATMA, CMAT, GMAT, and NMAT.
