The Bachelor of Arts (BA) in French is an undergraduate degree that provides education in French language, literature, culture and communication. The common duration is 3 years as full time program divided into 6 semesters. It covers further skills in the French language and consists of reading, writing, speaking and comprehension skills. The students learn French literature from medieval period up to the present time and learn about major authors and movements. Courses also include a variety of topics associated with the history, arts, politics, philosophy and popular culture of the French and French-speaking states.
The entry requirements to the Bachelor of Arts in French include SAT or ACT scores depending on the candidate’s preference.
