The B.Sc. in Hospitality Studies is a 3-year undergraduate program that trains students in various fields of the hospitality industry covering areas such as hotel management, tourism management, event management and more. The program encompasses operational skills such as front office operations, food production, housekeeping among other things as well as Management concepts such as hospitality law, human resource management, hospitality marketing.
The following are the requirements for admission into the B.Sc. For admission to Hospitality Studies program, the students should pass their 12th standard examination from a recognized board with minimum passing aggregate percentage. Some institutes rely on the scores of the national level entrance tests such as NCHMCT JEE, on the scores of the state level tests such as OJEE (For admissions to institutes in Odisha), or the University level tests such as BHU-UET.
