M.Phil. Biotechnology is a field that deals with the application of biological science for the production of goods and services or Master of Philosophy in Biotechnology is a postgraduate research degree in the field of biotechnology. The program takes two years and mainly focuses on Research work in the areas of Genetic Engineering, Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Plant Biotechnology, Animal Biotechnology.
