B.Tech in Instrumentation Engineering is an undergraduate program that takes four years and is designed to prepare students for the designing, development, and management of instruments used in various industries to monitor and control processes and systems. Students get acquainted with measurement principles, sensors, signal processing, process control, automation, and data acquisition systems.
The major entrance exams which are accepted for admission to B.Tech Instrumentation Engineering course at majority of the colleges include JEE Main, JEE Advanced, GATE, TNEA UPSEE and WBJEE. After clearing these exams students can apply for admission through National Level as well as State Level Counseling.
